<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet whose shock absorbing material for easing a vibration or a shock is easily replaced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pallet is provided with the first plate 10 having a plurality of the first leg parts 12 on one face 11, the second plate 20 having a plurality of the second leg parts 22 facing the leg parts 12 on one face 21 and a coil spring 30. An article is placed at least either on the other face 13 of the plate 10 or the other face 23 of the plate 20. The leg parts 12 and the leg parts 22 are formed hollow with openings on facing faces 15, 25 and the parts 12 are inserted in the parts 22 to superimpose. Between a sidewall 16 of the part 12 and a sidewall 26 of the part 22, a catching part 40 is provided for catching detachably the plate 10 and the plate 20 and for changing the distance between them.
