<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head, capable of reducing the number of part items. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 8 is disposed on a flow passage forming substrate 1 on the outside (nozzle plate 11 side) of a pressure generation chamber 3, the piezoelectric element 8 is covered with an ink chamber 12 of the nozzle plate 11, and a flexible wire 16 is connected to an upper electrode film 7 at the position of an exposing part 2a of a through-hole 15 of the flow passage forming substrate 1.
