<p>A method and a system to integrate call center with the third part industry application server are disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: common communication proxy server receiving service request, and sending said service request to the call center corresponding to said service request or the third part industry application server corresponding to said service request according to configured information and the information in the service request. In embodiments of the present invention, the third part industry application server makes data interaction with call center through common communication proxy server. The processing performance is improved greatly. Call center doesn't make data interaction with the third part industry application server directly so that data security and running stability of the third part industry application server is ensured.</p> |
