PURPOSE: A method for analyze to diagnose polycystic ovarian syndrome is provided to early diagnose polycystic ovarian syndrome. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing to diagnose polycystic ovarian syndrome comprises a step of measuring the expression of a gene which encodes protein selected from a group comprising protein of the sequence numbers 1 to 4 in a sample. The sample is blood. In the sample, the protein is selected from a group comprising of protein of the sequence numbers 3 to 4.
