<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and surely conduct each manipulation in fluid supply and suction when a high frequency treatment instrument is being inserted into a channel for insertion of the treatment instrument in the endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible sheath 2 comprises a multilumen tube, and a passage installed in the center of the tube is a first passage 14. A treatment instrument body 10 formed of a cable 11 and an electrode member 13 is inserted into the first passage 14. A plurality of passages are formed around this first passage 14. The first passage 14 and a second passage 15 communicate with first and second connection passages 25 and 26.
