<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional code reading device can accurately carry out binarization even if there is mixing of power supply noise. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined by a decode feasibility determination process (S111) whether or not a data pattern has been decoded, and if it is determined that the data pattern has not been decoded (No of S111), image data with intensity numerically represented per pixel of a QR code of each image data composing a code image stored in a ring buffer circuit is added for a predetermined image portion of a plurality of code images, and an addition code image is generated on the basis of addition image data obtained by the addition by a code image addition process (S115).
