<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular safety device capable of notifying that a vehicle is traveling with an object protruding out of a vehicular window. <P>SOLUTION: If a child 3 puts his or her head out of the vehicular window of a rear seat on the right hand side while the vehicle 2 is traveling, the head of the child 3 protruding out of the vehicular window is detected by a right hand side curtain sensor 17. In addition, a notification window 40 for notifying that the object is protruding out of the vehicular window is displayed on a display of a display monitor 14.
