<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus which is easy and inexpensive and has few waste material when changing a light distribution pattern of the lighting apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lighting apparatus includes a lighting fixture body 3 which has on one side a socket 4 on which a lamp 5 is installed, and a reflector 6 which is arranged between one side of the lighting fixture body 3 and the lamp 5 and is fitted to the lighting fixture body 3. The reflector 6 is formed in concave face on one side and in convex face or plain face on the other side, and thereby, even in the case any of the one side and the other side of the reflector 6 is made to face the one side of the lighting fixture body 3, it can be fitted to the lighting fixture body 3.
