PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic for eyelashes that can form a uniform and glossy cosmetic film having good adhesion to eyelashes in spite of containing fibers and does not cause bundling or branching of the eyelashes nor a feeling of loading the cosmetic film and is excellent in durability because its fiber does not come off the eyelashes and not fall onto the eyes. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic for eyelashes is characterized in that (A) a nylon 12 fiber, (B) an oil-soluble resin and (C) a volatile oil are blended and in that its consistency measured at 30°C with a No.2 aluminum cone is 170 to 350.
