<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment capable of preventing a switch from closing when a user performs an unintentional button operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic equipment includes a first button 16 for switching a closing state and an opening state of the first switch 28 arranged on a base board 20 by moving to a first direction, a second switch 14 being adjacent to the first button and switching a closing state and an opening state of a second switch 22 arranged on the base board by moving to the first direction, and a prevention member 30 for blocking movement of the second button in the first direction accompanied by the movement of the first button in the first direction.
