PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect communication based on characteristics of peer-to-peer communication. SOLUTION: A communication log storage means 1a records information on communication data exchanged between devices. A log dividing means 1b divides a communication log stored in the communication log storage means 1a for every object device based on transmission sources and destinations recorded in the communication log. A divided log analyzing means 1c analyzes the communication logs divided for every object device, detects the presence of a response to a connection request to the object device, and prepares a response success/failure table. A determining means 1e determines that peer-to-peer communication has been performed when a period in which no response is obtained from the device satisfies determination conditions based on the response success/failure table.
