<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure of the whole of a system in regard to an opening/closing valve for fuel cell to be arranged in a gas passage for oxidant gas, which is connected to a fuel cell, and a fuel cell system comprising the opening/closing valve for fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A control air passage is provided by dividing from an air supply passage, which comprises an air compressor in the upstream, and the control air passage is connected to a compressed gas supply/discharge opening 92 provided in an opening/closing valve for fuel cell. When an air compressor 132 is started with normal rotation, compressed air is supplied to the compressed air supply/discharge opening 92, and when compressed air is supplied to the compressed air supply/discharge opening 92, internal pressure of a first auxiliary chamber 54 rises, and deforms a diaphragm 74 upward in a figure, and opens a valve element 60. When the valve is closed, the air compressor is started with reverse rotation to release air from the compressed air supply/discharge opening 92. When air is released, the internal pressure of the first auxiliary chamber 54A becomes negative to deform the diaphragm 74 downward.
