<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for controlling supply of a driving signal which is suitable for drive-controlling a power supply circuit or the like to supply driving power supply to a load driving unit with low power consumption when a load is in a waiting state. <P>SOLUTION: A motor driving apparatus 1 includes a control circuit 10, a driving signal supply controlling circuit 20, the power supply circuit 30, a transistor driving circuit 40 and a current detecting circuit 60. In the driving signal supply controlling circuit 20, supply control of the driving signals (bias voltage signal and boost clock signal) to supply to a DC-DC converter 31 constituting the power supply circuit 30 according to a set supply mode, an LDO 32 and the current detecting circuit 60 is performed to each independently. The supply control of bias voltage is conducted by controlling a bias current signal which generates the bias voltage in bias voltage selecting circuits 34 to 36. With regard to the boost clock signal, the supply control is conducted by switching the signal on and off and by controlling supply at a low frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
