<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank monitoring system and a tank monitoring method for monitoring a state or flow rate of fluid which flows in/out a tank in real time. <P>SOLUTION: A tank monitoring device 4 monitors the state and quantity of the content in a tank installed in a plant. The tank monitoring device 4 is provided with: an acquisition means 41 for acquiring a parameter related to the state or flow rate of fluid which flows in/out the tank in the plant in real time; a calculation means 42 for estimating the state or flow rate of the fluid in the tank in real time by temporally integrating the parameter acquired by the acquisition means 41; and a model expression correction means 43 for correcting a model expression to be used for calculating the estimated state value by the calculation means 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
