PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable and liftable table having a top board turnable between a use position and a folded position and changeable in height, which prevents lifting and lowering of the top board while the top board is turned. SOLUTION: The table is configured such that the top board 2 is supported by leg bodies 3 so as to be turned between the use position at which the top board 2 is substantially horizontally positioned and the folded position at which the top board 2 is substantially vertically raised, the leg body 3 is internally provided with a lifting section 15 for adjusting the height position of the top board 2, the top part of the leg body 3 is provided with an operation portion 18 to be pressed for operating the lifting section 15, the top board 2 is provided with pressing members 32 for pressing the operation portions 18 by operating a lifting member, and when the top board 2 is turned from the use position, the pressing member 32 is separated from the operation portion 18 so as not to press the operation portion 18.
