PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for aggregated resin particles which allows to continuously obtain resin particles with narrow particle size distribution and low mixing of coarse particles. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the aggregated resin particles includes: a step to prepare a micro-reactor having at least a first flow path, a second flow path, and a confluence flow path where the first flow path and the second flow path become confluent; and a step to introduce into the first flow path a first fluid having at least resin particles dispersed and to introduce into the second flow path a second fluid containing an aggregating agent and/or an aggregation enhancer, in such a manner that the flow rate per unit time of the second fluid becomes larger than the flow rate per unit time of the first fluid, thereby allowing generation of a laminar flow by confluence of the first fluid and the second fluid in the confluence flow path, which leads to aggregation of the resin particles.
