摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a solid electrolytic capacitor that has high breakdown voltage characteristics. SOLUTION: On the upper surface of an oxide coating layer formed on the surface of an anode foil, an evaporated film of an inorganic oxide such as a silicon oxide with a thickness of ≤50 nm is formed by using carrier gas of inert gas and oxidized gas such as ozone gas while using an organic silicon compound or the like as an evaporation raw material by a thermochemical vapor growth method or the like. A capacitor element is formed by winding the anode foil and cathode foil, respectively formed with a non-insulating oxide film, on the upper surface of the oxide coating layer via a separator, and then, the capacitor element is subjected to repair formation. The capacitor element is immersed into a mixed liquid of a polymerized monomer and an oxidant. A polymerization reaction of a conductive polymer is generated in the capacitor element so as to form a solid electrolytic layer. This capacitor element is accommodated in an outer packaging case while the opening end part of the outer packaging case is sealed by the sealing rubber, thereby forming the solid electrolytic capacitor.
