<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety of a front part collision by avoiding interference of a power plant and an electric type heater device during the front part collision, securing a collision crash stroke and preventing an increase of excessive vehicle body speed reduction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electric type heater device 38 for air conditioning in a cabin is suspended and mounted at a position higher than a top part of the power plant 26 on a lower surface of a dashboard upper 16 extended upward of a power plant chamber 8 from an upper part of a dashboard lower 14.
