<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train safety device, which secures safety of a train by utilizing an appended line for a track including a branch to transmit a train safety signal such as a train control signal, capable of securing ability to certainly transmit the train safety signal to a train running on a track where a branch is available and not to transmit the train safety signal to a train running on a track where a branch is not available with a low-cost configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an appended line 3, in order to reduce a signal level induced between a branched part and a track end of the branch on the side of base rails, a transposition is added to this section. Further, to reduce a signal level induced between the branched part and a track end of the branch on the side of a crossing, a transposition is added to this section so that the signal levels induced in the respective sections may be sufficiently reduced.
