PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector terminal with a shield wire in which downsizing of connection portion of a shield wire and cost reduction are possible, and a process for cable connection can be simplified. SOLUTION: In the connector terminal with the shield wire, a recessed portion 1 is formed by drilling from the end face in longitudinal direction at one end part of a core wire Wa of a shield wire W1 or at one of the one end parts of a core wire Wa of a shield wire W2, and a projection portion 2 projecting in longitudinal direction from the end face is formed at one end part of the core wire Wa of the shield wire W1 or at the other of the one end parts of the core wire Wa of the shield wire W2. Then, in a gap 23, the projected portion 2 is insertion engaged with the recessed portion 1, thereby, the core wire Wa of the shield wire W1 and the core wire Wa of the shield wire W2 are electrically connected.
