PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the output voltage deviation caused by the variations of a reference voltage source and the variations of a voltage-dividing resistor in a constant-voltage power supply device. Ž
SOLUTION: A semiconductor device (100) for control applied to a constant-voltage power supply device includes a digital-analog converter circuit (121) which outputs a reference voltage (Vref) corresponding to a value of a first register (122) by using an output voltage of a reference voltage source (120) as a standard reference voltage (Vref0), and generates a control signal for driving a power semiconductor element based on an output voltage of an error amplifier circuit (110) which differentially amplifies a feedback voltage (Vfb) obtained by resistive-dividing on an output voltage of the constant-voltage power supply device and the reference voltage. An analog-digital converter circuit (160) which converts the feedback voltage to a digital value by using the output voltage of the constant-voltage power supply device as a reference voltage is provided, and based on the output, a value of a first register is corrected so as to offset an effect of an error in voltage dividing ratio of a voltage dividing resistor circuit.
