PURPOSE: A malfunction prevention method of an identification control system for a vehicle and a device thereof for improving reliability and stability is provided to prevent malfunction of the identification control system for the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A malfunction prevention method of an identification control system for a vehicle and a device thereof for improving reliability and stability senses an electronic control unit of a personal identification control system(S100). The electronic control unit of the personal identification control system determines whether the output signal of the touch sensor is outputted(S300).
