PURPOSE: An phtocatalyst air cleaner installed on ceiling is provided to offer excellent air cleaning capacity by maximizing an area of a filter contacted with the air, and to remove indoor bad smell. CONSTITUTION: A phtocatalyst air cleaner(10) installed on ceiling includes a front panel(100), a rear frame(200), a blower, a filter part, a duct, a discharge groove, and an optical catalyst plasma lamp. The front panel perforates an inlet on the front surface. The front panel includes a discharge hole(140) to exhaust the purified air. The rear frame is built on the ceiling, and connected to the front panel. The filter part is comprised of a phtocatalyst network filter, a photocatalyst plasma lamp, a photocatalyst ceramic filter, and a filter frame. The filter part purifies the air sucked in the blower. The duct transfers the sucked air to the outside. The discharge groove is connected with a discharge hole. The discharge groove is formed on a receiving space of the rear frame.
