METHOD FOR PRODUCING HIGH-PURITY NANOPOWDERS AND A DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the temperature-controlled beam processing of different metallic and non-metallic materials for producing nanomaterials and can be also used in medicine for treating biological tissues. The inventive method for producing high-purity nanopowders involves heating up a blank to a vapour-phase state by means of a radiation energy source, then cooling the blank, coagulating it and dividing the thus formed two-phase system. Then, combined hybrid heating is carried out in a focal area by activating the near-surface volume of the blank. The pulsed radiation conditions are adjusted according to the required nanoparticle size; furthermore, simultaneously with a material evaporation process, a gas or a mixture of neutral gases is supplied to the reactor and, afterwards, said mixture of neutral gases is conveyed to the expansion part of a bin. The wapour-and-gas mixture is coagulated, precipitated and comes at a storage unit in the form of a final product, i. e. an ultradispersed nanopowder. The device for carrying out said method comprises an energy radiation source, an expansion chamber, a snake-like coagulating channel, a polychromatic radiation source and a pulsed radiation laser, wherein said radiation is transmitted across a refracting mirror towards the reactor window and further, via an optical unit for converging coherent and polychromatic rays, to a functional area. A pipe for supplying neutral gases into the functional area is passed across the reflecting mirror.
