The device has a screw (32) provided on a movement part (10) of a timepiece for integrating a strike sounding spring to a lug (30). The screw is extended below a dial (12) and supported on a lower surface of an annular segment of an annular elastic ring (40) on a glass (14). The ring is formed of rectilinear annular segments (a-d). An external edge of the ring is locked between a bezel (20) and a middle (22) of the timepiece using a sealing ring (21). A ring's part not located below the glass is entirely housed below the bezel.
