<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium which can give a feeling of a coated paper for offset printing at a low cost and also, successful printing quality with excellent ink absorbency, fretting resistance of the printing part and low incidence of a spur mark. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet recording medium has an ink receptive layer made up of a binder containing an acrylonitrile-butadiene-based copolymer with a butadiene content of not less than 50 mass%, formed on one side or both sides of a base paper composed mainly of wood pulp. In addition, the content ratio of the acrylonitrile-butadiene-based copolymer for 100 pts.mass of the inorganic pigment is not less than one pt.mass to not more than 8 pts.mass. Further, not less than 60 mass% of the inorganic pigment is kaolin which makes particles, with an average particle diameter measuring not less than 0.15 μm to less than 0.50 μm, and not more than 2.0 μm by precipitation process, occupy not less than 95% in terms of a squaring value by volume standard. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
