PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus or the like for suppressing a reduction in quality of a display image caused by displacement of a display position of a display sub-image corresponding to a sub-pixel constituting one pixel.

SOLUTION: The image processing device adapted to correct a pixel value corresponding to a sub-pixel constituting one pixel includes a displacement amount storage section for storing a displacement amount of a display sub-pixel constituting a display pixel in a reference position in the display screen and corresponding to the sub-pixel, and a pixel value correction part for correcting the pixel value of the sub-pixel corresponding to the display sub-pixel of the end of the display screen.
