<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact radio-wave sensor capable of discriminating the position and the moving state of an object to be sensed with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: Receiving antennas (a pair of receiving electrodes 22a, 22b and a pair of receiving electrodes 22c, 22d) having second grounding electrodes 23 on their backs, are arranged around a transmitting antenna and on a side more upward than the transmitting antenna (a transmitting electrode 12), which has a first grounding electrode 13 on its back and emits a radio-wave beam forwards. The radio-wave beam is emitted from the transmitting antenna, collides with the object to be sensed, and returns. The return beam is received and currents flowing in the receiving antennas are detected with diodes 24a, 24b, and based on the detection results the movement of the object to be sensed is determined by an operation determination circuit provided in a controller 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
