<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer conveying device capable of preventing variations in an amount of developer supply, and to provide a developing device using the same and image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The developer conveying device includes: a developer conveying path 131 along which developer containing at least toner is conveyed; and a developer conveying member disposed inside the developer conveying path and having a dense developer section 138 in the vicinity of a supply port 133 formed in the developer conveying path. In the dense developer section, the developer is conveyed to the supply port from an area further upstream than the supply port in the direction of developer conveyance by the pressing force of developer, thereby making the downstream developer denser than the upstream developer.
