<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support routine operations on electronic documents in a predetermined format without assigning attribute information adapted for the routine operations to the electronic documents. <P>SOLUTION: A document processing apparatus comprises a document classification means 501 for classifying a group of electronic documents in PDF format, an operation history recording means 504 for recording a history of a document operator's operations on the electronic documents in time series, a successive operation extraction means 505 for extracting successive operation information from the operation history, and an operation support means 506 for monitoring an operating procedure as the document operator operates the electronic documents, and if the successive operation information extracted in advance includes successive operation information having the first to nth operations in common, specifying an electronic document that belongs to a document type associated with the (n+1)th operation registered in the operation history and contains information matching predetermined information contained in the electronic document subjected to the document operator's nth operation, and supporting the document operator's (n+1)th operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
