<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated transformer which is suitably comprised by using a material having high magnetic permeability, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A common mode filter 1a is provided with a conductive magnetic substrate 11a (12a); a laminate, wherein coil conductors 51 and 52 and an insulation resin layer 20a having extraction electrode conductors 61-64 connected with the coil conductors 51 and 52 are stacked; terminal electrodes 41a-44a, which are arranged on the side of the laminate and are connected with the extraction electrode conductors 61-64; and an insulation area which is provided between the conductive magnetic substrate 11a (12a) and the terminal electrodes 41a-44a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
