<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect the exchange time of a drive object on a device side. <P>SOLUTION: In a rotary drive device having a motor for driving a drive object and a control part for controlling the motor by feedback control having at least an integral element, the control part obtains an integral value calculated in the integral element of the feedback control as drive load information of the drive object, and determines residual life of the drive object corresponding to the obtained integral value based on previously set correspondence relationship of the integral value up to the life arrival time of the drive object and the drive time of the drive object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
