<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for driving a driver, which receives only the pulse train signal, by using an ON/OFF signal, which drives a predetermined electrically driven apparatus, and outputting a pulse train signal, which controls drive of an actuator while making synchronization with the predetermined electrically driven apparatus, and to provide a drive unit with the controller, and a drive system. <P>SOLUTION: An I/O port 11, to which two or more ON/OFF signals for driving a predetermined apparatus, which is driven electrically, are input in parallel, a program step defined for each operation pattern of an actuator 60, and a pulse train signal output unit 18 for outputting a pulse train signal to driver 40, which drives the actuator 60, according to the program step are provided.
