<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give desired touch feeling to a key by utilizing magnetic viscosity fluid. <P>SOLUTION: A bottom part of a stress transmission section 11 is inserted into a container part 20a which is filled with magnetic resistive (MR) fluid 21, and the stress transmission section 11 vertically moves together with a key. A cylindrical york 22 is provided in a bottom part of the container 20a, and as the MR fluid 21 is placed in a magnetic field by flowing current to a coil section 22c of the cylindrical york 22, its viscosity increases. Thereby, reaction force by the MR fluid 21 arises on the stress transmission section 11 which is pressed down, when the key is pressed.
