<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt which has excellent adhesiveness between an ethylene-α-olefin rubber and a core wire and which does not give a load to environment, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This V rib belt 1 has an adhesive rubber layer 2, in which a core wire 3 is embedded along the longitudinal direction of the belt, a compressed rubber layer 4 provided in one surface of the adhesive rubber layer 2, and an extensive rubber layer 5 provided in the other surface of the adhesive rubber layer 2. The adhesive rubber layer 2 is structured of an ethylene-α-olefin rubber composition. The periphery of the core wire 3 is formed with a first film 7, a second film 8 and a third film 9 in order from the core wire 3. The first film 7 includes at least one of an isocyanate compound and an epoxy compound, and the second film 8 includes a butadiene rubber composition, and the third film 9 includes an ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
