摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor capable of detecting a temperature accurately with a circuit constitution having a comparatively small mounting area, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This temperature sensor is equipped with an oscillation circuit 10, a power supply circuit 11 for supplying a prescribed supply voltage to the oscillation circuit, and temperature specification circuits 20, 30 for specifying a temperature based on an oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit. The oscillation circuit 10 is constituted so that the oscillation frequency is increased corresponding to a temperature rise, and the power supply circuit 11 is constituted to supply a supply voltage for oscillating with a prescribed reference frequency at a prescribed reference temperature to the oscillation circuit, and the temperature specification circuits 20, 30 specify the temperature based on relation information between the oscillation frequency and the temperature of the oscillation circuit.
