<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission for working vehicles including a tractor, which is excellent in operability to an operator and provides most suitable change gear position. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This transmission for working vehicles includes a controller 100, which stores in a memory 100a a main speed shift position at the time when a speed shift step to traveling on a road by a sub-shift lever 179 and a change of main speed shift by main speed shift increasing/decreasing switches 192a, 192b are operated in an automatic speed shift control as a minimum main speed shift position of the sub-shift lever 179 at the time when the speed shift step to traveling on a road is operated. Then, the controller 100 sets the minimum main speed shift position most suitable to an operator, by making the memory 100a perform the processes of revising and storing the main speed shift position newly decelerated, when the traveling on a road is selected by the sub-shift lever 179 and furthermore the transmission is operated by the main speed shift increasing/decreasing switches 192a, 192b to a main speed shift position for more deceleration compared with the minimum main speed shift position stored in the memory 100a.
