<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor including a drain discharge mechanism capable of avoiding defective drain discharge due to clogging of a filter installed in a drain pipe. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This compressor 18 including the drain discharge mechanism 30 is provided with a compressor body 14, a drier (drain treatment installation) 17 provided at delivery side of the compressor body 14, a drain water discharge line 31 extending from a lower part of the drier 17, a filter 36 provided in the drain water discharge line 31, and a valve 37 provided in the drain water discharge line 31 at downstream of the filter 36. The compressor 18 is provided with a bypass line 33 branching off of the drain water discharge line 31 at a branch part 38 between the drier 17 and the filter 36 and merging with the drain water discharge line 31 at a merging part 40 between the filter 36 and the valve 37, and a relief valve 39 interposed in the bypass line 33.
