<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen unit which is able to prevent the occurrence of a temperature rise in a housing space and of which a capacity of the housing space can be largely and effectively utilized. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The kitchen unit 1 keeps an electro-magnetic cooking device 3 built in a cabinet 2. A partitive part 7 partitions a space 6 inside the cabinet 2 into the upper space and the lower space. The space above the part 7 inside the cabinet 2 is allotted to a cooking device disposition space 8 for disposing the device 3. The space below the part 7 is allotted to the housing space 11.
