<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation of frequency characteristics for a laminated filter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The laminated filter includes a laminate 2 consisting of a plurality of dielectric layers 1, side face electrodes 8a, 8b for earth prepared on the laminate 2, a resonator electrode 3 with one end connected with the side face electrode 8a for earth and another end extended to the side of the side face electrode 8b for earth, and an input and output electrode 4 electrically connected with the resonator electrode 3. It includes a via hole 9 facing the side face electrode 8b for earth in the laminate 2, and is composed to form an open stub electrode in which one end of the via hole 9 is connected to the resonator electrode 3 and another end is open.
