<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC-use LED lighting circuit capable of aiming at simplification of a structure, cost reduction, improvement in power source efficiency, and improvement in durability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The AC-use LED lighting circuit, with LEDs 5 provided as an AC power source through a rectifier, has the plurality of LEDs 5 connected in series, and at the same time, has fluorescent lamp ballasts 3 connected in series between the AC power source AC and the rectifier 1, and the setup number of the LEDs 5 is adjusted so that a total volume of forward drop voltage by each LED 5 corresponds to a lighting voltage of the lamp conforming to the fluorescent lamp ballast 3, and at the same time, resistors are not connected in series.
