<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone device which can reduce buffers between a microphone and a delay section. Ž<P>SOLUTION: First microphones 10a and 10b are provided to generate an output signal, and second microphones 14a and 14b are separately provided to determine the direction of a sound source. The second microphones 14a and 14b are arranged nearer to a sound source A than the first microphones 10a and 10b. Before sound from the sound source A arrives at the first microphones 10a and 10b, the second microphones 14a and 14b determine the direction of the sound source, and set a delay time for delay sections 12a and 12b on the basis of the determination result.
