PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling apparatus for railway vehicle, capable of attaining noise reduction and structural simplification. SOLUTION: The cooling apparatus for cooling a plurality of electric apparatuses installed on a railway vehicle is provided with: a boxlike housing 40 having an intake port 46 and a plurality of exhaust ports 47a, 47b, 47c, and installed inside the railway vehicle; a suction port stored in the housing and communicating with the intake port, respectively; and a plurality of air blowers 42a, 42b, 44a having a discharge port communicating with the exhaust port.
