A User Equipment (UE) is set a corresponding particular service region, the particular service region provides a service by a corresponding service server. The method includes that: UE current position information is received, and the current position information is transmitted when UE enters the particular service region or starts in the particular service region; the particular service region that UE current located in is determined based on the UE current position information; the service corresponding to UE is started according to the current particular service region that UE current located in. By applying technology solution provided in the embodiment of the invention, the operator can realize to provide pointed service for particular users in the particular service region, and realize intelligence and individualization to avoid the spread of rubbish information without restriction and to improve user satisfaction.
