PURPOSE: A system for monitoring toxicity using thiosulfate is provided to monitor water toxicity in a river, wastewater or water supply source using complete independence nutrition microorganism or voluntary independence nutrition microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A system for monitoring toxicity using thiosulfate comprises: a reaction bath(130) in which microorganism is dipped in a carrier and oxyen and thiosulfate supplied from an outside performs sulfate ionization by microorganism; a water sample inlet(160) which supplies water sample to the reaction bath; a thiosulfate inlet(180) which supplies thiosulfate solution of a constant concentration to the reaction bath; an air injection hole(140) which supplies oxygen to the reaction bath; a measuring unit(110a,110b) which determines a toxicity by measuring the pH or conductivity of the water sample; and an outlet(120) which discharges water sample in which the toxic inspection is terminated.
