PROCESSING METHOD FOR SKIN DRESSING USING CRYO PRESERVATION

PURPOSE: A skin dressing processing method by a cryopreservation is provided, which makes virus and bacteria inactivated by keeping them at the super low temperature after the skin dressing and rapidly freezing. CONSTITUTION: A skin dressing processing method by a cryopreservation comprises: a step to dip the skin in the culture medium for cell culture in which an antibiotic is included and to keep it; a step to wash the kept skin at the room temperature using the organization rinse liquid; a step to dip the washed skin in the freezing protection solution; a step to take out the skin dipped in the freezing protection solution and to cut it; a step to hermetically pack the cut skin; and a step to drastically freeze the sealed skin by single step control.
