<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sole structure for shoes in which compression deformation is easy, a cushioning property is raised, and goading force from the grounding surface is eased. <P>SOLUTION: In the sole structure 1 of the shoes, an upper part plate 2, which is arranged in the upper part and has a heel part, the first and second C-shaped parts 3 and 4, which are placed side by side in back and forth directions in the lower part of the upper part plate 2 and have the flat approximately C shape in back and forth directions, which are respectively equipped with openings 3A and 4A in the upper part, and the aperture end portions of which are directly adhered to the upper part plate 2 respectively, and a linking part 5, which is arranged between the first and second C-shaped parts 3 and 4 and connects the C-shaped parts 3 and 4, are formed.
