<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transmission beam forming process capable of reducing transmission power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: In a base station device 10, a desired stream reception power formula generating section 24 generates a calculation formula for reception power of a desired stream for every user terminal in a form including a transmission weight as a parameter. An interference stream reception power formula generating section 23 generates a calculation formula for reception power of an interference stream for each user terminal in a form including the transmission weight as a parameter. An evaluation function generating section 25 generates an evaluation function including a transmission weight as a parameter. A transmission weight extracting section 27 selects the transmission weight to maximize an evaluation value of the evaluation function, determines a bit error rate corresponding to the maximized evaluation value and extracts. When a difference between the determined bit error rate and a predetermined prescribed bit error rate is within a fixed value, the extracted transmission weight is extracted as the transmission weight satisfying fairness for every bit error rates of all the desired streams. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
