<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect many kinds of information from a user who inputs the information. <P>SOLUTION: This information collection device includes: an information acquiring means for acquiring and storing input information inputted via an outputted information input image screen by displaying and outputting the information input image screen; a characteristic word extracting means for extracting a characteristic word from the stored information; a characteristic word rate calculating means for calculating a rate of the number of the characteristic word extracted by the characteristic word extracting means to the total number of the stored information; and a characteristic word-rate table storage part for storing a characteristic word-rate table of associating the characteristic word to the rate calculate by the characteristic word rate calculating means of the characteristic word.
