<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection device with two fuel injection valves mounted in each combustion chamber, wherein the same control pulse signal is applied for injection control without increasing collision noises during opening/closing the valves. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel injection device comprises two first and second fuel injection valves mounted in each combustion chamber, wherein the same control pulse signal IP is applied to the first and second fuel injection valves to control fuel injection from the first fuel injection valve and fuel injection from the second fuel injection valve. A first valve opening delay time TA1 for the first fuel injection valve relative to the control pulse signal IP and a second valve opening delay time TA2 for the second fuel injection valve relative to the control pulse signal IP are set to be mutually different. A first valve closing delay time TB1 for the first fuel injection valve relative to the control pulse signal IP and a second valve closing delay time TB2 for the second fuel injection valve relative to the control pulse signal IP are set to be mutually different. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
